Yay!!  I'm early when I didn't expect to be!   I am 15 weeks tomorrow and we are....

TEAM PINK!!!

I had an amazing elective u/s at my OB's office on Saturday morning and we got to spend a lot of time with our little girl.  At first she didn't want to show the goods but we finally got to see that she definitely is a girl.  The tech was awesome and we found out that she is the tech that does the level 2 u/s, so once we told her we had to get that (for our elevated risk of Down's), she started taking a really close look at the baby and was able to knock out a few of the markers that they'd be looking for later.  She said that while there were still a few things that had to be checked later (u/s is at almost 19 weeks), that everything look great so far.  Our little girl was super playful during the u/s and it looked like she was trying SO HARD to suck her thumb but couldn't quite figure out how to get it in her mouth!  Then she got the hiccups and that was the end of that.  Watching her have the hiccups was so cute!!

Betty had a nasty fall after church on Sunday which resulted in a very scary ER trip. She tumbled out of her carseat and onto the concrete in the parking lot at church. It was horrifying. No skull fracture or concussion, we are very lucky.

Nothing new here. Baby is still in there and I am starting to get exciting to feel the baby move. Hasn't happened yet, and I know I still have a while, but I can't wait! I have another appointment to hear the heartbeat on the 1st. My most recent ultrasound picture is in my siggy.

I unexpectedly lost my job the other day.  I am beyond stressed.  I'm trying to calm down for the baby's sake, but I'm not doing so well.   Then of course I worry the stress is harming it or something.  

My last 2 jobs have fallen in my lap so I haven't had to job search in 9 years.  It's overwhelming.  I'm trying to track down transcripts from the colleges I graduated and figure out what I want to do.    Luckily they said they would pay me through the end of the month.

Lucy is 5-months old!!! She is this close to rolling from back to belly, and I don't know how she does it, but she can inch worm all over her activity mat to get to the various toys! She's the loudest baby in the world with her happy shrieks, squeals, and singing! She is the light of our lives, I love her so much!

Hi girls!! Its been a few weeks since I checked in and Ethan is 5 weeks old now! Time is flying and I really would like it to slow down! He is now 9lb1oz and officially average for his weight at this age (he was a little guy at birth) and in the 75th percentile for his height. So he is long and lean He has slept through the night for the past three nights and we are hoping this will become a new normal! He is a rather chill little guy and doesn't fuss too much. Now I am going to AW my little guy because we got his newborn photos back: Here's a family shot, I still felt like I had a fat face so I didn't want to smile too big ...I kinda look mad or something though As always I am rooting for all the TTGP girls!!

So Gino will be 11 weeks tomorrow.  Time is starting to fly.  He's growing so fast.  2 weeks ago he was 12 lbs 12 oz so he's probably at least a pound and a half more than that now.  He is not sleeping through the night yet - but I did get a five and a half hour stretch last night which was his longest ever!  He's started to laugh and smile. Here's a pic of him cracking up at me:

Been a while since I've checked in and this will be a post and run but I'll be back later to see all the lovely bumps and adorable babies!

One more week until full term!  How the heck did I even get here?!?!  Time definitely has gone by quickly.  Not a whole lot going on besides huge hams as feet and killer heartburn.  I've yet to experience any BH.  Nursery is closer to being completely finished (recently got the dresser).  We'll be getting the car seat installed soon and the hospital bag packed this week.  Bassinet has been set up in the bedroom and it definitely hit that we've only got about 4 weeks left!  MIL is hoping Ethan will show up early because apparently his due date is interfering with her travel plans.  WTF?!

Anywhoo, I have an appt on Thurs for my GBS test and to talk about labor signs.  Getting closer and getting excited!!  Can't wait to come back to see the updates and always rooting for the TTGP ladies!

Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. It is a bloomin' bath. I used it for DS when he was first born in the sink in the kitchen. Then it hung in the shower for awhile while we used his little infant tub, but now that we are in the big tub it is great to sit him on so he doesn't slide around. Plus it makes it easy to lay him down in the tub to wash his "undercarriage"...that is what we call it at home...hehehe! They have it in yellow, pink and blue. www.bloominbath.com

OMG.  I LOVE the pictures.  Did you get the adorable newborn hat and pants on Etsy?  I have been debating getting something for pictures like that.  If you have a link to where you got them and don't mind sharing, I would love to see!!!  Ethan is adorable!!
