Drop

Has anyone had any luck with getting baby to drop. I'm 50 effaced and 2 cm with my second child. She is at negative 3 station however. My first child refused to come down and ended up with a csection. Would like this one to happen without surgery. I'm 9 days till due date. Doctor doesn't seem to think she will drop
