1 month old sick with cold...help!

I know there isn't a medicine that I can give him, and saline drops really do not seem to be helping.  Are humidifers okay?  The nose plunger doesn't get a lot of snot out for him, either

We use the vicks germ free warm mist humidifier.  So far, so good!

DS has a cold right now too. We use the humidifier at night. The saline drops and nasal aspirator aren't doing much for us either.

There's really not much you can do other than wait it out.

You can tilt her mattress using pillows under the bottom of the mattress and see if that helps. We are letting DS sleep in the swing all day.

The only problem with this is that we have the Angelcare monitor and it wouldn't be able to predict movement
