I'm technically higher risk only because I have a 2 vessel umbilical cord. But until they discovered that, I was not considered high risk despite being 38.
Yep - abnormally high levels of a protein called Inhibin A. It's linked with delayed growth, preterm birth, and pre-eclampsia. Could turn out to be nothing. At this point I just have more frequent visits and ultrasounds.
I am high risk due to having high blood pressure since before pregnancy. Then when I went to my first appointment my blood pressure was pretty elevated so they had to figure out my meds. It has been good now. I also think anxiety was raising it. Technically I also have thyroid issues. This is my first child.
Re: High-risk
I am due to a previous pregnancy with preeclampsia...however my doc is doing no extra testing right now.
