Bleeding after D&C - how long?

I know it can vary from person to person, but how long did you bleed after your D&C?

Mine was on Thursday of this week. Up until yesterday, I just had some light spotting, no cramping. After a trip to the grocery store and a few other errands, the bleeding (and cramping) has picked up quite a bit and now has clots.

I am really discouraged. I'm trying to be patient with my body, but I just want to move on from this. Every trip to the bathroom breaks my heart. Also, I'd like to start my workouts again tomorrow, but am afraid it'll cause even more bleeding. 

Can anyone offer some insight into when the bleeding may subside?

I am so sorry, I had no cramping at all and only very little spotting after my DnC which was 2 weeks ago.  I was expecting more but so far nothing.  I cleaned today and just went out and cleaned my horses stalls so we will see if that stirs up anything.

sorry for your loss. I had a D&C on 2/27, I only had light spotting since that time and I think it totally stopped on 3/7.

 I hope you feel better soon. Give your body time and try to only do light exercise. I noticed that when I exercised to much (anything other than walking) I would spot more.

 I go to the gyn this thursday and  hope she tells me everything is all healed up and I can start trying again

I had a D&C at the end of Feb. the next few days I just had spotting.  Then I had heavy bleeding for several days.  Now I am still having bleeding but it has slowed down.  Hoping it ends soon, but it still hasn't been two weeks since the procedure happened.
