Weird?

The last few weeks Liam has been making this weird noise like he's hawking a lugie. Does anyone else's Lo do this? I'm not concerned, it's just weird.

He makes an awful face after he does it lol

Luci has been making a noise like that since we started solids.  It is totally weird!

Ben does it too. Its like a grunt/scream! It seems just like a sound he likes to make.

Does it sound like he's making that shocked "Huhhhhh???"/wheezy/gaspy type noise that people do when they see something shocking?  I realize that's a horrible description but that's what it reminds me of.  My daughter did it when she was a baby and my son does it now.  The MD said its laryngomalacia and its usually something they just grow out of. (which my daughter totally did)
