AWESOME liquid laundry detergent recipe!

I'm about to make my second 2 gallon batch of this and I adore it.  It stays very liquidy and you don't have to continue to dilute over and over again as you do with some recipes.  The trick is that it calls for Dr. Bronners instead of a bar of soap.  It cleans even my nasty kitchen washcloths perfectly and is super inexpensive to make.  I'm in love.  Not my recipe, but I thought I'd share!

I have a (probably stupid) question, is this safe for HE machines?  How do you know which recipes are HE safe?  I am very interested in using home made detergent but that part confuses me....Thanks!
