What I'm MOST worried about...

When's the best time for us to tell my stepson? He's 8 and lives out of state but we see him every month or so. We've already discussed the possiblitiy of him having a brother or sister someday.
Honestly, I'm more worried about his reaction (and husbands ex) than anything else right now. I dont want drama or comparisons, etc.
