Crying out several times during night?

I am pretty sure DS's bottom tooth is about to come in..been drooling for weeks and putting everything in his mouth with some unusual daytime fussiness, and I can almost see it through the gum..white with a little bud. The last few nights he goes down like normal but does this random cry/whine out...I go in, turn on his seahorse and pop in his paci and he goes right back to sleep. Last night he did this 5 times. Does this seem like teething pain? I guess I thought if it was pain he wouldn't go right back. I am wondering if he's waiting for me to come in and do seahorse and paci? Any thoughts?

No idea but my lo needs more 'help' when she doesn't feel well and I just do it... When she's feeling better she doesn't need it anymore... And the few times it seemed like she was in the habit Ijust let her cry a few mins... But my lo adjusts to change easily...

Get some Hylands teething tablets. When he wakes up crying, pop a couple under his tongue and rub them around until they dissolve (they dissolve very quickly. I do one at a time and it takes less than 10 seconds).

My son was doing the exact same thing and when we gave him the tablets he slept peacefully the rest of the night so I know his teeth were hurting him

 

I spoke to my Dr about these tabs and she advises against them as you can not tell how much baby might swallow even if you help dissolve it. I myself do not like them after my mother-in-law used one and turned my son into a zombie.

 

as for OP how long are you waiting till you go to him? I generaly wait till hes "moans" become real crying. Until then there is a good chance he will roll over and fall back asleep. Mine often wakes up long enough to let out a loud screech and passes back out.
