I like both names individually. I don't think they flow well together. Part of it is the double D and part of it, to a Greco-Roman mythology nerd, is that one of them is Apollo's sister and the other is a woman he loved, so they're not just two mythological characters but two who have their association with a third in common.
DD born 10/10/07 * DS born 11/25/11 * #3 due 3/9/2015
I actually kind of like alliterative first/middle combos, especially when the first name is shorter and the middle name is longer (like they are here). I love Maeve Margaret, Clara Clementine, June Jessamine -- and I think Daphne Diana works, too.
I did notice that both names come from Greek/Roman mythology, but I think Diana is common enough that that doesn't have to be a deal-breaker.
