Another week of Dr. Seuss! I'll have to stop soon and switch to St. Patrick's Day. Themes make everything so much easier!
Kind of lame, but DD liked it. This is the ball the Cat in the Hat bounces on. DD recognizes it instantly from a game we have. Anyway, here's leftover pizza, which I don't think I've packed for lunch before. The other side has cheese/fruit leather "ball" on top of two Girl Scout cookies, strawberry, blueberries, carrots and a Lego container with the rest of the fruit leather.
The Lorax! Much cuter! More leftover pizza with cheese, blueberry and candy eye details. The bottom tier holds raspberries, "Truffula seed" raisins, a clementine and a few Snapea Crisps for some crunch in a very chewy lunch.
If I Ran the Circus! I like this one! PB/honey sandwich with cheese/fruit leather details. There's also snap peas, blueberries, raisins, strawberry, Wheat Thins and a cookie.
Hop on Pop! A few bear picks hop on a mini bagel with strawberry cream cheese, surrounded by raspberries and blueberries. The bottom half holds a container with a mint, Babybel cheese, snap peas and a few apple slices.
Ten Apples Up on Top! My favorite this week! Mini bagel with strawberry cream cheese, cut with a cookie cutter. Then 10 apples (one is hiding, but there really are 10) cut from one very large apple. Blueberries, raspberries, Babybel cheese and peanut butter pretzels.
I assume lots of schools are doing Dr. Seuss themes at this time of year. Surprise your kiddo with a cute lunch. There are lots of easy ways to make red/white stripes! PIP your cute lunches here, please!!
