Well, this week went from Sh*tty to Sh*ttier for us. Got our BFN on Monday after our first IUI with injects and went in for a CD3 u/s today only to discover big cysts on both ovaries! I was so hopeful b/c I hadn't really been in any pain (which is usally the case when I have cysts), but we are now officially out for March and most likely April due to travels for work.
To top it all off, I had to watch 2 brand new babies paraded around the office while I sat there and waited AND listen to the couple across the way from me who just came out with u/s images complain that they were unhappy with the sex of their baby. Really?!?! Do they know what any of us would give to have a baby???
Blah! Guess now we sit and wait until May. I think this weekend calls from some ice cream and wine...lots and lots of wine!
Good luck to all of those going through IUI and IVF cycles in the coming days and weeks! Hoping this is your month. I think this board could use some god news!

12/10 - MC (Chemical Pregnancy)
2/11 - IUI #1 with clomid & trigger = BFN
5/11- Switched to a Fertility Specialist, Dx with low progesterone and annovulatory, several rounds of
clomid = BFN's
4/12 - Exploratory Lap, Dx Stage III endo
5/12 - 7/12 - Lupron injections to suppress AF and reduce scar tissue
8/12 - Surgery to remove tissue, uterus and tubes clear!
9/12-12/12 - More BFN's!
1/13 - Referred to an RE
2/13 - IUI #1 with injects and new RE = BFN
3/13 - 4/13 - Break due to cysts
5/13 - IUI #2 with injects (125ml bravelle + trigger) = BFP!!!

Ugg I'm sorry hun!! I know how much forced breaks suck, I too have to wait till end of April/early May.
I have a tentative date for April 17th to get progesterone to bring on flow then start injects too. Maybe we will be end of April/early May cycle buddies?

I just got my BFN on Tuesday and it was a craptastic day too.

1 month of Letrozole, 3 IUI's with Letrozole, All BFN. 1 canceled IVF cycle, BFN.
May 2013 IVF w/ICSI #1.5: Start BCP 5/8 2 pills a day. Suppression Ultrasound 5/29. Begin Dexamethasone & Lupron Microdose 5/31. Started Gonal F and Menopur 6/2.
ER 6/12 13R,9M,8F.
5DT CANCELLED due to moderate OHSS
5DT UNcancelled due to embryos not being capable of cryopreservation
Transfered 2 "poor quality" embryo's on 6/17
No frozen embryos.
Beta #1 6/25 6. Chemical Pregnancy confirmed. Beta #2 6/28 -1

Thank you ladies for the support! I'm trying to hold it to together and be thankful for our wonderful DD...we just want so badly to have another and with each month that passes I get more and more frustrated. I know you all understand and I'm sorry we are all in the bad news boat together.

Ugh, forced breaks are the worst. I am so sorry for the bad news!
That makes me think of something and wonder about it. When I had my u/s yesterday in preparation for IUI #1 tomorrow, the RE said I had a follicle on my left, plus a cyst which he measured and I think it was about 22, if I remember right. He said it could be a cyst leftover from last cycle, or a "cyst of endometriosis." He said they would monitor it and if it didn't go away they might remove it down the road. I freaked at first (never been dx with endo), but he didn't seem too concerned about it. They prescribed my trigger shot and scheduled me for the IUI anyways. Your situation makes me wonder if that is weird to proceed with my IUI when there is a cyst in there.

1st Pregnancy: MC, 11/19/00.
2nd Pregnancy: DS born 04/10/06.
3rd Pregnancy: CP, 03/11.
4th Pregnancy: MMC, D&C 11/30/11, Genetic testing revealed Trisomy 4.
5th Pregnancy: Ectopic, 2 doses of Methotrexate unsuccessful, surgery 4/10/12, right tube removed.
Tried Letrozole January 2013-July 2013 (including 2 IUIs), all BFN. After 2 1/2 years of trying for child #2, decided to "give up" after July cycle, based on AMA.
August 16, 2013: BFP our first month of "not trying!" Still in shock. Beta #1 (14dpo): 183. Beta #2 (17dpo): 611. Ultrasound 8/30/13: baby measured 6 weeks, 1 day, heart rate of 118 bpm!
Ultrasound 9/13/13: 8 weeks, heart rate of 176!
Baby is due 4/26/14
