BM supply question

I pump and feed, since DS won't eat off of me. Well Friday night my pump broke and the store was not open until Monday so for three days I was hand expressing. Now when I pump my supply is a quarter what it used to be. How do I get it back up? I used all my frozen stash and now I have to supplement with formula because I am not pumping enough. Thanks!

A couple of things may help:

1) Up the amount of time a day you pump.

2) Get some mother's milk tea and other supplements.

3) Try to rest.?

I think you should be able to get you supply up.?

Just up the frequency of your pumping sessions and it'll go back up. Mine's gone up and down many times over the past 4 months and I can always get it back up. GL!

Have you tried power pumping? 10 min. on 10 off for an hour.
