I am due in August with my first! Any good suggestions on a pediatrician in the slidell area?

I love Dr Tara Deeney at the Ochsner for Children on Gause. I'm a pediatric nurse, so she doesn't talk in too simple of terms about my kids, but she talks to me like a Mom first and foremost. I have three toddlers, so going to the dr is always hectic, and she is efficient but thorough. She's the third dr in that clinic we've seen. The first switch was because when I had my twins, Dr Seymour the head of the clinic wasn't accepting new patients so I switched my oldest too; the other Dr we saw there left the clinic. And Deeney has been my favorite!

I am also due with my first baby in August (a little boy!), but Slidell is way too far for us to go for a pediatrician.  We live in the Bywater.  Does anyone know of a great pediatrician they would recommend in Orleans Parish?  (Chalmette is also acceptable as it is only a short drive from the Bywater.)  I greatly appreciate any advice you can provide.

Hales Pediatrics on Prytania is amazing!  They're right across the street from Touro Hospital.
