Updated Shaking head no

My lo has been shaking his head back and fourth like he's saying no lately.nbsp; He mostly does it when he's tired.nbsp; He's 9 months old now.nbsp; Did/does anyone else's lo do this?nbsp; I'm going to ask his pedi tomorrow at his 9 month well visit but I wanted to see if anyone here has experienced the same thing.nbsp; When I googled it, it seems to be normal but I'm still worrying about it.nbsp;

Today the pedi said its totally normal. He said that babies just like the way it feels.

DD does that and tugs on her ear when she's tired. We were worried it was an ear infection or sinus trouble but pedi confirmed on multiple occasions she's just trying to keep herself awake and its totally normal. She has never had any ear or sinus trouble, but we make them check at every visit anyway lol.

I think that Adalyn did this, but it wasn't very often or every day.  I think she also did it when she was tired and was rubbing her eyes.

It's usually normal. It could be an ear infection but since its the only symptom and its not occurring super frequently I doubt it. One of my boys started doing it at 6m actual and the other just started it at 11m actual.

Thanks ladies. I'm going to ask the pedi today while we're there. His nurse was here in Wednesday to give him his synagis shot and she said he seemed fine then. Hopefully his pedi will say the same today!

Ds did this a lot from 7 months until about 14 or 15 months, when he then outgrew it. Caused us lots of worry unnecessarily!
