Vent--We went to CFA last night, and let DS (21 mo) play in the play area for the first time. To the Mom of the 3 kids, aged 7,8, & 9 ish who were in there...please feel free to ignore the Age 3 and under sign and let your kids climb up the slide backward and nearly knock my toddler down while he's trying to play in an area set aside for his age.
Edited to Add--Please, for the love of Pete, don't turn my innocent vent into a political rant, either pro-Chick Fil A or anti-Chick Fil A. If that happens, I will DD. Politics and religion are not what this is about.
Re: Play Structure @ Chick Fil A
I hate when people let their bigger kids go crazy at playlands and not pay attention to the other kids. Never should they go up the slides the wrong way!!
Although I do believe that the '3 and under' sign is just for the play area that that has stuff on the walls...not that actual stucture with the steps and slide. That is for the older kids. There is a sign on the door (at least in ours) that has the age limits, which is older.

How did you end up handling it? Did you point out the age limit sign to the mother?
Being a teacher, I would've totally kicked those kids out.
I get where you're coming from but do you know how nasty disgusting those things are? Maybe I'm just a germ freak but I hear they never clean those things.
If I were you, I may have asked the kids to leave, asked the mom if she could reign in her kids, or ask management at Chik-Fil-A to maybe remind her?
