Sorry I've been incognito for a while, ladies. I've been trying to impress some folks at the new jay oh bee. Hope it's working. Although, I did spend about an hour today faxing medical records to the next clinic where we'll be having a new patient consult. I bet I looked like an industrious little worker with all my papers and such.

I had a really ugh moment when I got to the part of my file where my m/c was detailed in falling betas and cuddly medical terms like "no fetal pole" and "abortion inevitable." Oooo. I remember that! That was fun!

I also had my baseline ultrasound with my current RE to start BCPs just in case. I don't want to wait for another cycle, so I figured I'd get on the wagon with this dude even if we wind up going somewhere else. Maybe the other doc will have some kind of professional courtesy bull about not wanting to take someone when they've technically already started a cycle, but enh. What are you gonna do? 

I'm not anxious to start the FET process, but I don't want to drag it out anymore than I already have. I cannot imagine anyone being less enthused and positive about a cycle than this little lady right here. It feels doomed and I haven't even begun shooting myself in the butt twice a day with the PIO yet.

Ugh, I remember looking through my records when I transferred to my new clinic...it was definitely rough, especially the notes from the visits leading up to my (not at all surprising) missed m/c.  Huge (((hugs)))!

And, yes, please do take your own advice and give yourself a break (far easier said than done, I know).  We're all here to keep the positivity up on your behalf.

j/k but for real, we can help to be your positive and guiding light. 

I'm sorry that you're not feeling into it. Do you think you'd be feeling into it if it was a fresh cycle? If not, then (honesty here) that might be a sign. 

We all need to go through steps and processes that feel futile or bring us down. In part we need to do them because they're a part of the journey and in part we need to do them to let us close doors gently in our own hearts or find news ways out of stuck places. You don't need to roll through this with a smile, but roll through knowing that it will get you a step further and closer to the light at the end of the tunnel.

Hugs sweetie. Getting records from one clinic to another was sort of like a slap in the face reality check. It just sucked seeing all you've been through and having to relive it. I will join the cheer leading squad with the rest but I warn you I am a total sight in a mini skirt and Pom poms.... Lol

Hm. Not sure. Good question, though. I think the biggest part of it is that the signs are pointing to us being stuck with our current RE for this FET. That clinic and doc just blow such tremendous chunks it's hard to get psyched.

And I'm glad we took a few months off, but at the same time, getting out of the mindset might be part of it, too. It's harder to get back into the swing of things now.
