Breakfast: sippy of milk, 5 cut up strawberries and an entire whole wheat waffle
Snack: sippy of milk and a handful of cheerios
Lunch: sippy of water, small handful of fruit (like blueberries), most of a grilled cheese (minus the crusts) and a few leftover veggies from previous night' dinner
Snack: sippy of milk and some cheerios or unsweetened applesauce
Dinner: sippy of water, whatever we're eating for dinner. Usually chicken, a grain and some veggies
After bath: sippy of milk
DS is a really good eater most of the time and is pretty big too.
She still nurses several times a day too. But when I'm at work she doesn't take a bottle or drink any milk anymore. Instead she has yogurt and cheese and stuff then I nurse her as soon as I get home.
Typical food schedule:
breakfast: a hard boiled egg, a piece of a waffle & some blueberries or oatmeal (just the cheap instant kind)
snack: whatever we have like a cheese stick or goldfish
lunch: whatever the nanny makes for them including lots of chicken soups, rice, beans, grilled chicken, pasta, whatever.
snack after naptime: yogurt usually
6 pm: I get home and she nurses
6:30/7:00 p.m.- dinner again whatever we eat, lasagna, rice, beans, meat, veggies, etc.
8:30 p.m.: nurse to sleep
AND she still wakes to nurse like once a night... oh well!
He eats three meals a day, plus snacks in between.
I am weaning from breastfeeding, but he's taking whole milk in a sippy cup (and also water in a sippy cup).
I still nurse once in the morning and once before bed.
For breakfast, he eats things like: scrambled eggs (yolk and white parts), french toast and pancakes.
For lunch, he eats things like: pizza, mac and cheese (with many variations, including different mixes of cheeses and even pureed butternut squash mixed in).
For dinner he eats things like: non-spicy chili with chopmeat and beans, meatloaf and cous cous or barley.
For snacks, he eats Gerber crunchies, Gerber puffs, Gerber snack bars, and also plain whole milk yogurt with mixed in fresh berries, or pureed apple, chopped banana, avocado smash, sometimes mixed in with ricotta cheese.

this is going to sound silly....but how are your LO's eating all this stuff?? DS has 2 little white specks for teeth.
when I put food on his plate all he does is dump all the out onto his high chair tray and then throw the plate onto the floor. for the past week, he doesn't like to eat out of his bowl/spoon either....he just wants to grab his oatmeal, yogurt, etc with his hands. I'm sure this is just a phase (at least I hope so)....did any of you go through this - any/all advice is welcomed.

I wouldn't give him a plate. That is just asking to be thrown
You might want to check out the American Academy of Pediatrics sample menus for toddlers by age. I used these (posted on the fridge actually) to ensure I gave a balance of food groups each day. Hope it helps!
I have the same problem. I can't put a bowl or plate on her table. I can only put a few pieces of food at a time on the highchair tray. The dishes will go first hand on the floor and if I put more than a few pieces she will sweep them on the floor too. I can't hand her a bowl or plate anytime because first thing she does is dump the stuff out. I have to hold onto the dishes.
Yes she also wants to get her hands in everything which is lots of fun when she gets her hands in the oatmeal and she has a habbit when she has had enough of whatever then she gets fustrated and puts her fingers through her hair. I try to keep a napkin next to me now to catch her hands before they go to her head. I don't always know when she's about to get fustated, it can happen within an instant so no time to jump up for the napkin.
When feeding her foods that require me spooning to her, I try to give her her own spoon or fork that she can hold onto and distract her with while I try to feed her. This will last a short minute.
I"m probably starting a bad habbit. I find she doesn't really like to sit very long for food in her highchair. I will sometimes put some food in a little bowl. I will carry her on my hip around while maybe I'm doing some things around the house with the bowl in the same hand (me holding it) and she'll dip into it and eat the food. Also sometimes I will make something and I'll sit on the floor with the bowl of food while she is playing and then she'll come over back and forth, grab some food then play. I work full time so I sometimes will do this for dinner and on the weekends. When she's at daycare she will eat a little bit better following the other kids leads.
I did this too with my older daughter who is now 4 when she was little. Giving her bites in between playing because she wasn't a sit down kid either. She now sits down for her dinner at the table and has no problems sitting at school for their organized food times. I worried the informal food routine would make it hard for her to get with the program when needed, but so far so good.
