DS is nearly 9 months old. I want to do a veggie garden this year, and I need to spruce up my flower beds. Any suggestions of how to accomplish this with a LO? We have 2 big outside dogs, so I am afraid to just sit him on a blanket.
We will be planting this year. I plan on just taking the exerciser outside and letting him play in it during the initial planting. For picking, weeding, watering, etc... I will probably just wear him.

I use a mix of back carry, letting her stand by the raised beds and pull at the garlic/mint, letting her crawl on the ground around us and using a big outdoor enclosure.
Be prepared for some plants to bite the dust early, or for some creative planting. It's fun though! My girls love going out to pick and eat the things we grow (peas, blueberries, strawberries, lettuce, mint, radishes, carrots, cherry tomatoes, currants, peaches, plums, kale, etc!
