Shortness of Breath

Anyone else having trouble breathing, I feel like my chest has a huge weight on it and I cannot get enough air. I feel like I'm 35 weeks!

I was having burning in my lungs when I was breathing like I had run a whole bunch, but I am just sitting at my desk.

Yes!! I get like this often and if I climb the stairs forget it!! Then I start to sweat!

I started carrying water with me .. it helps me catch my breath.

Yes... Honestly I was even bent over for less than a minute trying to get a stain out of the carpet and when I stood up... Major shortness of breath! And palpitations sometimes. I hate it.

I've noticed lately I've had shortness of breath too. I was really starting to worry that I was/am really out of shape or something.

Ive had a few issues where I would start having shortness of breath, usually in the shower. My nurse told me it was probably the water was to hot. If I have the heat on to hot I will start to get like that as well.

I've been having the same problem. I feel like I'm majorly out of shape or something and the fact that my nose has been clogged makes it even worse.

Yep, it's cause our heart rates are up up up! I was just trying to take a deep breath right now actually. Weight on your chest is a great explanation.
