Starting to TTC Again after Unexpected Break

My DH had a few seizures in September and October...currently under control with meds. We had a discussion about what we are planning to do and came to the decision that we are going to push to try IVF. DH has a low sperm count and we found a way to overcome this to conceive DD, but the same methods were ineffective this time around. We tried IUI, but the one time we made it to the procedure there were very few sperm, no count done.

So we decided that I will go off bc, went on to help take my mind off not ttc while we figured out DH epilepsy. We also want to have a new sperm analysis done before deciding whether to try IUI again or push to go straight to IVF.

I also need to figure out what coverage we do have for IVF, and what we will need to save and or fundraise to cover this last effort to add to our family.

And as a side note - I was and am all for adopting, but DH is worried he won't connect the same way to an adopted child. Although, I know that he would love any child put in our lives.
