Toddler Formula/Vitamins

Does anyone give their LO a toddler formula and/or vitamin at bedtime? L is pretty healthy eater but I wonder if there needs to be a supplement to ensure he's getting all the nutrients he needs.

I asked my doctor about this since my DS is a pretty picky eater.  She said that unless he stops eating whole food groups all together to not worry about it.  He is gaining weight and is healthy so she said not to worry.

I'm interested to see what everyone else does.

For a variety of reasons, 17-month-old DS is still on infant specialized formula (Alimentum), so the pedi said nothing was needed.  He is an extremely picky eater, and when he is no longer on the infant formula I suspect he'll need something to supplement....::eagerly waiting to see what others have experienced::

I had asked my pedi back at his 1 yr appt when we were told to wean off the formula and she said no but now that he isn't getting that I've started to wonder a little.

We didn't do formula so I'm no help there, but we do a vitamin D supplement (I use the Carlson drops), and we do probiotics, daily. I just weaned N last week so he just eats what I eat and drinks a couple cups of WCM and a couple cups of water.
