Diaper change before or after feeding?

I was just wondering if you typically changed your baby's diaper before or after a feeding?  I have been doing it before - but he seems to keep pooping during the feeding and then I have to change him again.  What have you found works best for you?  TIA?

During the day I change after, but at night I usually do both because it's sooooo full if she's been asleep for 4 hours or so and then she'll go again during the feeding or while I'm rocking her back to sleep.

middle of the night.... before (if she needs it) so she'll nurse herself back to sleep.?

During the day, always before so she will be up to eat.  At night, I do it before so I can put her back down right after she eats.  Luckily we haven't really had issues with her going while she is eating.

I change him after feeding during the day, and midway through the bottle at night (he will fall asleep by the time I'm done feeding, so I wouldn't want to wake him back up.

we always do it before so she doesn't lay flat right after she eats or gets jostled around in the changing process with a full belly.

Babies poop a lot when they're first born so just keep him clean the best you can and in whatever way that works best.

Before feeding so not to wake.

If it's during the middle of the night in between. This way she isn't freaking out for food & also this way I don't wake her once she falls back to sleep. So we do a few ozes than change than back to sleep. I bring a diaper into the bedroom at night before bed & just do it right  there in my bed when I feed her.

I always did it before because he would NOT eat with a dirty diaper on.  If he fell asleep, I would wait until he woke up to change it again.  If he stayed awake through the feeding, and pooped again, then I would change him immediately.
