Teething Question

Morning ladies!  Last Friday, I felt two little teeth coming through on the bottom.  It seems like they really haven't changed position, and just the tips have popped through the gums.  How long did it take for your LO's teeth to come in fully? I felt like the worst should be actually breaking the gums, but now I'm starting to wonder since she's been so cranky lately.  She is also fighting a cold at the same time, so that doesn't help.

For us, it took a couple of weeks before it was a defined tooth. It's a whole different misery. Also, it can give them cold-like symptoms while they're going through it. Not sure why though.
