Vitex? Fertilitea?

Has anyone tried any of these? H and I've been ttc for almost a year now and not having luck. I've been dx'd with PCOS and started testing and so far everything else is fine with me. H is up next to test his swimmers, but I want to continue naturally! A friend that struggles with PCOS as well and has horrible ovulation issues too tried vitex and fertilitea and got pregnant within 2 months of ttc with that. Anyway, I ordered both and stated the vitex today -- just seeing what anyone else has to say about this?  Tysm!

    Haha! No. Actually in the process of finding a new obgyn because of issues with a family member working in my old doctor's office. Probably should have though huh? Lol I didn't even thinking anything of it because its a vitamin!

    I drink the tea : No success with pregnancy ...I did ask my dr before starting the tea and she was all for it!

    While I have never used Fertilitea, I did use Fertility Blend which has Vitex in it. It did a great job of regulating my menstrual cycle but I didn't get pregnant.

    Make sure that you ask your doctor about it, especially if you are going to take fertility meds. Fertility Blend says not to take with Clomid or any other fertilty meds and I think that is because of the Vitex.

    I tried Vitex for about three months and it didn't seem to help.  Make sure you talk to your doctor before taking anything like that though.  A lot of doctor's don't recommend taking herbal supplements like vitex especially when you are trying to get pregnant because there isn't enough research to show what sort of side effects it could have on pregnancy.

    I used the fertilaid and fertilitea for a while I normally have a decently regular cycle. Never got pregnant BUT they messed my cycle up. Twice I had 3 week plus bleeding that had to be stopped with BCP. OBGYN told me to stop taking them and when I asked RE he said no herbal supplements. I know everyone is different but get a dr opinion
