We have a potty chair. I let her try/play with it when she feels like it. Somedays she cares, the next she doesn't at all.
I'm not pushing or trying too hard at all.
She's also starting to grab her diaper and bringing me a new one so I can change her. Sometimes she needs it, other times it's just a game.
I will work on it more when it gets to be spring. There's too many clothes required (we spend a lot of time outside) for it to remotely work/be an option at this point.
My loose goal is 2.5 so I'm in no rush really either.
She's been going on the potty every day for about a month, at least once a day. Today was the very first time she asked to use the potty and actually peed. I feel like we're going in the right direction. lol
We're still taking a "for fun" approach. It's a big celebration if she pees/poops and she gets a sticker. We don't plan on getting serious with it for a few months, but she seems to be progressing just fine at her own pace.

We have been planning to get a potty for "fun" also. We just haven't had the time yet. Maybe next weekend.

Haven't even started yet, but I plan on getting one in the next few weeks just so he can get an idea of what to do and see how much interest he has. He has just started telling me when he has to poop prior to doing it, so we'll see. I really don't expect him to be ready until at least this summer.

DD's starting to do pretty well. We put her on the potty before her bath, and she immediately pees every time, almost like she's been holding it. We do it sometimes at other times of day too. I put her in a Flip trainer the other day and called it her big girl panties. She was excited about that. Smetimes she'll actually tell us before she has to pee, but that's only right before bed and I know it's a ploy to push back bedtime!! We let her though. Less pee in her dipe overnight.

We have one, but DD hasn't used it at all yet. She is still not walking, so I figure we need to worry about that first, and then deal with potty training after she can walk.
DD did great for a week. She would have about 2 accidents a day but we would get her to the potty in time to finish. DH and I screwed up by planning a day and night out and left her at my brothers for a day with pullups. Even though she sat on rje potty every hour, she never went. Since then she has dug her heels in and wont go and sometimes wont even sit on it. We tried for anothee week and nothing. We are taking a break for a few weeks and will try again in April. Ugh.

We've had the Fisher Price frog potty since she was about 1. I started sitting her on it in the mornings and she'd go (pee and poop) most of the time. I was inconsistent until recently though. Monday she started telling me right when we woke up, "POTTY!" So we get up and potty. She's also been staying dry all night. This whole week she's stayed pretty dry during the day and has been in trainers.
There are 4 LOs about the same age at daycare and the week after next dcp is going to start working more diligently with all of them to potty learn.
