When is the worst of it? Im in pretty bad pain for about 24 hours now but not sure if it happened or not yet. Its getting pretty bad just wanna know when will it be done.

I am so sorry for your loss.  How far along were you?  I was 9 weeks 6 days  (though my gestational sac measured only 6 weeks) and I had cramping for 4 to 5 days.  I found that a heating pad helped to alleviate some of the pain.  I am still bleeding lightly at day 12.

If you have really sharp or unbearable pain, you may want to call your doctor to make sure they are not concerned about an ectopic pregnancy.

Again, so very sorry for your loss, and hoping that the pain subsides soon.

I had severe cramping and lower back ache for 31 hours straight and only spotting then I went a whole day of nothing then all the cramps and back ache came back for nearly 24 hours and that was Wendsday. I've had no pain and light light spotting since and now this afternoon again the cramps and backache started and I've started to lightly bleed again!! From my experience and this is my first loss it's really dragging on! I'm on day 8 and this pain is starting to feel line day 1!

I didn't experience very bad pain until about 5 hours before the actual passage of the sac.  I kept it at bay with a combination of pain meds (doc gave me percocets, although I think three Motrin or 600mg of Ibuprofen probably would have eased the cramps better...) and a heating pad.  Two actually!  One on my lower back and another on my lower tummy.  The entire process took a couple of hours.

Everyone is different. I'm almost 2 months out from a D&C and methotrexate, and I'm still bleeding and was passing clots last week. 

Sorry for your loss, dear; hope you heal fast.

I'm glad you're going to the doctor. My narcotics have been very helpful. I'm on day 2 of actively miscarrying. I had two nearly unbearable spikes of pain twelve hours apart and I passed matter that was different from the moderately heavy bleeding with medium pain levels. This feels a lot like labor to me, except for not having to push. Keep us updated. Thinking of you.
