Wow she really hasn't had a single one? That's impressive. I've tried giving Annabelle a bottle twice this week and she has no idea what to do with it. I'm glad I only put about an once in it each time because she was just making a mess with it, I don't think she actually drank much if any of it.

Yeah this.  But DS started trying to hold his own around 4 months and got the hang of it around 5.

DS never nursed, so he has had bottles since he was itty bitty. He never holds them on his own. I think part of it has to do with the fact that I always feed him sitting upright (due to reflux), and part of it is "meh, why should I hold it when Mom will do it for me?"
