High risk on Maui

Hi, my family moved to Maui last year and we are thinking about ttc #2 this fall. I was wondering if anyone had any advice when it comes to high risk maternity care on Maui? I have a history of loss, chronic high blood pressure and will need a repeat C-section. I have Kaiser so I know that limits me somewhat, but I'm wondering if I'll have to go to Oahu for treatment/delivery or if maybe I'd be better off getting a referral to a doc in Portland and staying with  my parents in Oregon to deliver there.

I wasn't high risk but I have known some high risk friends. 1 of my coworkers has Kaiser and the monitored her VERY closely and they were planning on flying her to Oahu to deliver. From my understanding they will fly you out to Oahu. I'm not sure this helps but it's all I know.
