What to make with ground beef

I just bought a ton of ground beef on sale to stock up our freezer so Im needing some new ideas on what I can make with it. I make my own meat sauce, sloppy joes, hamburgers but what else can you do with ground beef that is quick, easy and uses common ingredients?

Meatloaf!  You can make up meatloaf and cook it in different sized pans including muffin tins.  Freezes and reheats in the microwave super great.

Chili - I make enough to freeze several batches whenever I cook it.

Navajo tacos, queso dip, or you can put it in basically any type of pasta. If you don't feel like steak, it works in stroganoff.

I usually cook it with some diced onion, salt and pepper and freeze them in half pound or full pound portions so I have cooked meat ready to go for a meal instead of having to thaw the meat and then cook it every time I want to use hamburger in something. Makes it so much easier!

I was going to suggest this, that way if you want to make stroganoff, tacos, shepards pie, etc you can just take the prepared meat out of the freezer in the morning.

Spaghetti, stroganoff, meatloaf, hamburger steaks, tater tot casserole, meatballs, tacos, lasagna...I know all that's a repeat, but just wanted to second it all. And it should all freeze well.

I made this the other day and it was pretty good, hubby liked it too, although he likes anything Mexican. You can also use a bag of shredded cheese instead of the cheese dip/sauce stuff shown to make it less junky.
