When to test?

DH and I had an oops moment last month and I'm feeling paranoid. AF started January 30th and I don't have another one yet. Is it too early to test? I can't even remember how long a cycle is. The oops was on the 11. I do want another baby, but not right now. DH doesn't want anymore. I'm torn on what to hope for.

An average cycle is 28 days, but can vary widely. If you have average cycles and ovulate around day 14, then you could get a positive HPT now. I would test now then every 3 days or so until you get a BFP or AF.

Thanks! I thought it was 28 days, but was second guessing. I'll test in the morning.

POAS and report back. If it's negative I'd give it through the weekend then POAS again on Monday (although, in reality if it was me, I'd be POAS every day until AF or a BFP showed up).

Go to the dollar store.  Get 5 tests.  Use one ASAP.  Use another one on the morning.  Bam.  (Plus you still have 3 left)

I was going to wait till the morning, but I tested tonight. It was negative. I feel relieved and a bit sad. I can't imagine two kids right now, but maybe one day.

I have one more test. We'll see if AF shows up this weekend.
