Since you're around lately, I'm still thinking of your friend with the preemies. How are the baby and mama doing?

Good! Dan had a tougher day today but he is gaining weight after his surgery last week, so that's good. They are going to start him on a course of steroids to help his lungs out, since his O2 desats are continuing and that's not good. She's been able to kangaroo him a few hours a day, which is also really great for both of them.

Wonderful to hear some positive.  I'm glad things are on the uphill for that family.  I will continue to think of them. Thanks for the update!
