Ive discovered that many of LO's seemingly endless night wakings are due to losing her binky and freaking out. Anyone have success weaning off the binky at night so she learns to self soothe without it? Im imagining a lot of crying

Re: How to Lose a Binky in 10 Days
Is LO swaddled still?
I thought DD still needed her swaddle but about 2 weeks ago I gave up and let her have her hands at night. Since then she has slept great, and seems to use her hands to soothe herself once the paci falls out.
DD1 did the same thing your DD did and it was awful. But then one glourious day she figured out how to find it and put it back in herself.
DD2 will not take one and I so badly wish she would.
It can provide such comfort for things like long car rides. I miss the paci!
