I have a 15 month old and a 6 week old...so needless to say its crazy busy at my house! My 15 mo old son is BUSY and into everything. Its normal behavior, I know. We are constantly saying "No" to him and it makes me feel terrible. His attention span is so short that I am having trouble finding things to keep him occupied for any length of time...any suggestions?

My 23 month old is still like this! Here are two things that he can literally spend all day alternating between and be happy:

-Cut a slit in the top of an empty lays (think the pringles kind) container. Pick up some multi-colored craft sticks and mini pom-poms from the dollar store and let him work on fitting them into the slot. It's also great for working on colors.

-stickers! Seriously my kid will sit contently forever with a sheet of stickers (also dollar store) and paper. I let him choose which one he wants, help take it off, and then he puts it on a sheet of notebook paper.
