Georgina?

DH and I have pretty much decided that this baby's name will be Charlotte (even though it is super popular, we have always loved it and would probably regret not using it.)  However, it's my nature to second-guess things, and all of a sudden I am in love with Georgina.

 So, what do you think...Georgina or Charlotte?

Hmmm... I like them both!  But I think I'd vote for Georgina because it's "new" in that you don't see it a lot. I actually have always like Georgeanne.

I like them both, but I am more drawn to Georgina.

DH and I briefly discussed the name Georgette when I was pregnant with DD.  I like that one too!

I was going to suggest Georgia also. I like them both, although I'm getting a little tired of Charlotte. Georgina is pretty but I think Georgia is gorgeous!

I like both! Georgina is very refreshing though. Charlotte is a great name, but it's climbing the SSA ranks so fast... Let me make it even more difficult for you and say that I actually prefer Georgiana over Georgina. I also like Georgia!

You can't go wrong with either name.

I have a Charlotte, so I obviously like that one (although it was DH's choice), but I have to echo some of the pp's and say I really like Georgianna - it was on my list but DH wouldn't go for it.

As popular as Charlotte is, we have yet to meet another one. We'll see once she starts preschool.

Thanks everyone!  I REALLY appreciate all of the thoughts and opinions.  I actually really love Georgia as well (must have a thing with Southern place names)...so much to think about before this baby arrives!

I like Georgiana and Georgia better than Georgina, so I guess in this case I'd pick Charlotte.  No offense though, but I'm tired of Charlotte.
