Vaseline does not taste like porridge.

And just in case you're wondering, Poison Control says eating Vaseline isn't much of a problem if it's in small amounts and the child has no allergies.  He may just have diahrrea tomorrow.  Oh joy.

But it is really hard to get out of your hair.  No matter how hard your mom scrubs.

Oh, no!  Glad he's ok.  Maybe it can become more like hair product and you can give him a stylish 'do?

Sorry, can't help but laugh. My niece once managed to pry open a can of paint to help paint the basement. She was 3 at the time. Vegetable oil does wonders for getting oil based paint out of hair and skin. Just in case you ever need to know that.

Well. Pageant girls rub it on their teeth for a gleaming grin - bet his smile's dazzling? I'd vote dishsoap, too. It's built for grease - Palmolive is my poison for heavy duty stuff.

When I was a baby my sister got a hold of a jar of vaseline and spread it all over herself and me.  My mother still talks about it today and I'm 41!

Oh geez! I guess it will wash out of the hair eventually; maybe in a week? I am so sorry but I have to admit that it did make me giggle!

Dawn will get it out of his hair.  And would help remove the grease stain if said Vaseline (or A&D) were to get on clothes, carpet, fabric, or furniture.  Not that I have personal, multiple experiences with said removal.  Good luck and fingers crossed for no diahrrea.
