tag a long handle

Does anyone know if those tag a long handles that attach to the stroller come with a Velcro handle at the end? There's no way my child is going to hold onto it if she sees something else she'd rather do. The stroller boards look too awkward to walk behind. Thanks

The one we bought for DS does have velco closure around his wrist. It's one made by munchkin.
