I am roasting my first whole chicken, and having mashed potatoes, corn and some type of bread.

    Tonight, DH and I are meeting my mom, two aunties, and grandpa for dinner at Texas Roadhouse. SOOOO excited. Their rolls pretty much give me mouthgasms.  

    Mmm... rolls. Their loaded baked potatoes are pretty fantastic as well...

    Chicken enchiladas.  I've never made them before, but i put the filling together with a of a haphazard mix of mexican leftovers that I had hanging around in the fridge, I hope they taste good!

    Probably spaghetti with Italian sausage sauce, Texas garlic toast, and side salads. Hopefully DH will cook because this cold is kicking my butt.

    I'm making MIL pinto beans and ham hock recipe, I've never eaten it before. I feel like I should probably make more with it, but DH says that they just ate it like soup.
