My apologies if this was already posted- I looked and didn't see it. 

Mark McGuire welcomed triplet daughters named Marlo Rose, Monet Rose, and Monroe Rose. 

He also has sons named Matthew, Max and Mason.

I HATE HATE HATE the middle name ROSE. UGH!!! I literally cring when I see that name in general. I dont get the appeal. gross. *rant over*

The triplets were born in June 2010, so they're almost 3 now, but here's what he said at the time to explain the Rose thing...not that it makes it any better

"McGwire said their astrological sign is Gemini, and the Gemini flower is the rose."

First I don't think astrological signs have corresponding flowers.

Second, the rose is the flower associated with the month of June.  I'm a Gemini, born in June, and my parents still didn't feel the need to give me the middle name Rose because of that.

What a stupid explanation! Too many years of steroids apparently. Plus, Rose is the flower for June not for Gemini. They could have been a lot more creative. Maybe Rose (flower), June (month), and Pearl (birthstone). All perfectly suitable MNs and at least they get their own.
