Can I take? (medication-related)

I have a terrible cough and cold.  Can I take Tylenol Cold & Flu?  Active ingredients - 325 mg Acetaminophen, 10 mg Dextromethorphan HBr, 200 mg Guaifenesin, and 5 mg Phenylephrine HCI.  I don't want to do anything to jeopardize my supply.  I'm not sure who to call to ask this question...my OB?  Primary Care?  Pharmacist?  Thanks!

I thought the new decongestant in those which doesn't work anyways is safe. It's the original sudafed the stuff behind the counter that messes with supply.

no, you can't.  What works for me is airborne and lemon/honey tea.
