tracy anderson workouts/working out question

has anyone tried her pregnancy project workouts? what did you think?

i have a tendency to bulk in my legs. before i got pregnant, i worked with a trainer for a few months last summer and my legs got HUGE from doing too much with weights/lunges/squats so in october i switched to only yoga and my legs slimmed down to long and lean--YAY! once i found out i was pregnant, i was unable to do yoga because it made me nauseous so i have been doing pregnancy videos. most of them focus on cardio that includes lunges and squats etc (summer sanders, perfect pregnancy workout etc) and again my legs have bulked up.

i am looking for a workout that will help me lean out my legs and give me a good workout without bulking them up and also to lose some of this bulkiness i have acquired over the last 6-7 weeks.
