switching baby age boards? LO will be 9 months next week. I so clearly remember being on the 0-3 board and thinking "wow, I have all of these other age ranges ahead of me!" and here we are already at the end of the baby year.
I don't get sad when switching boards (I think it's kind of exciting to "move up" and get to see all the things babies older than DS are doing), but I had one of these moments the other day when I saw a picture of my cousin's newborn son. He was wearing an outfit that DS had worn and I just had this total "sigh" moment where I remembered DS being that little wearing that outfit and it felt like yesterday. I kept thinking about how we used to snuggle him when he was just a tiny little peanut. It me sad to think how fast time is flying by. But, then I remembered all the new things he's been learning to do over the past couple of months and I got excited about all the fun times ahead of us.

So, all this is to say, I get it! :-)
