How much solids?

How much of solids is your 6 to 7 month old eating?
DD will eat and eat if I let her, but I don't want to overfeed her.
We just started adding a 3rd meal and I thought that would help, but not so much.
She hasn't dropped any bottles during the day, but will sleep through the night only a few nights a week now. So I know that her formula is still the main source of nutrition.
Just wondering if maybe I should start increasing amounts of solids.

    Our LO takes about 3 oz in the morning (1tbsp oatmeal with 2 oz fruit) and about 2 sometimes 3 oz of veggies in the evening.  The pedi said she could have more, but she isn't interested.  She takes 30oz of formula a day and STTN.

    DS gets 4oz of solids in the morning, 30 minutes after his AM bottle and he gets 4-5oz of solids at 5:30pm for dinner (Bottles surrounding dinner time are at 4:00p and 7:45p)

    He also takes a bottle at 12:00p - I'm waiting until his 9 month check up to add a 3rd meal.

    July 2019 - Diagnosed with Secondary Unexplained IF
    August 2019 - 2.5 mg of Letrozole = Never Ovulated so Trigger and IUI were cancelled
    9/30/2019 - IUI #1 (5 mg of Letrozole + Trigger) =  BFP but Betas showed CP @ 4 weeks
    10/28/2019 - IUI #2 (7.5mg of Letrozole + Trigger) = BFN
    11/25/2019 - IUI #3 (7.5mg of Letrozole, Trigger + Crinone after IUI) = BFN
    12/24/2019 - IUI #4 (7.5mg of Letrozole + Crinone after IUI) = BFN
    1/24/2020 - IUI #5 (50mg of Clomid + Trigger + Crinone after IUI) = BFN and an Ovarian Cyst
    3/2/2020 - Taking a break to reset/NTNP
    11/1/2020 - At peace with where things are in life and are no long actively TTC. Whatever happens will happen and it will all be okay. <3
