Peeing Standing Up

When we potty trained DS last June we taught him to pee sitting down. I didn't want to deal with pee mess and he is not circumcised so he has to manipulate things a little more in order to aim well. Anyway, we've noticed that he is now pulling his foreskin out of the way on his own when aiming while sitting so we were thinking that it was time to introduce him to peeing while standing. Any tips for introducing this and avoiding spraying or motivating him to even try? Right now he doesn't seem too keen on the idea so I think I want to try and make things a little more interesting for him. Thanks!

My 3.5 year old still sits down and I have absolutely no intention of changing that any time soon :P

Ds started peeing standing up when he realized daddy peed that way.

My DS was a late PTer and actually really didn't do that well sitting down, once we decided to try standing, he actually PTed quickly after that... we have a small stool in front of all the toilets and he stands on it &  just stands & goes, he oftne will sort of lean his shins up against the toilet (which I hate b/c sometimes the stool will push out). I am usually with him and he rarely goes out of the toilet. If we're in public, I have him stand on top of my shoes & go, or if it is an especially high toilet I just hold & dangle him. IT really hasn't been a problem but he didn't start PT with pee until between 3 & 3 1/2.
