My annual review is in 2 hours! Now I'm getting all sweaty and nervous, which is ridiculous because I've had a great year. I just hate being the last to go... stupid alphabetical order.

Any ideas on a good way to chill so I appear calm and collected when I go in?

    Relax, and take pride in what you have accomplished.

    I don't have any great advice, but take some deep breaths and mentally review your year in your head.  Didn't they give you a raise?  They must value the work you do.

    Update...

    All went well. It was even so relaxed that I felt so stupid for worrying, lol! But I know next year I'll probably do the same thing all over.
