Rash on cheeks

DS has red rosy cheeks with a little rash on them. The Ped suggested just putting Vaseline on them. Anyone have any other suggestions? Ped thinks its just irrated possibly from our clothes or what not

    My pedi said leave it alone.  I use a warm washcloth with nothing on it when I bath him but otherwise I leave it.  Doc says it will clear up on its own in time.

    DD has some baby acne, which sometimes looks like a rash. My pedi said to leave it alone. I wipe her face with a warm washcloth everyday.  It's starting to look better, but it still feels bumpy.
