What is your LO's cutest mispronounced word?
E loves bananas. Every time she sees one she smiles really big, wiggles around and yells "mia mia." I don't know how she got "mia mia" from banana, but the cute words with the little wiggle dance are too cute. I'm not one for baby talk, but my whole family is on notice that no one is to teach her the correct word for banana. I will be perfectly happy if she does her "mia mia" dance forever
Re: Mispronounced Words
Oliver's word for cookie was goodooogagagaw it was the same garble sound every time. I realized he was impersenating cookie monster for a cookie.
Both of my older kids do not say movie theater the call it movieputer, I do not correct them either.
DS calls water "wa wa" and Elmo is "la la." I haven't corrected either.
My DD calls the juice we make "apple pie juice." We've all started calling it that now, she knows apples are apples, but for some reason the juice is apple pie. Once we added strawberries to it and she called it "apple pie strawberry breakfast bar juice." I hope she calls it that forever!

B says thank you as dee two... So cute!
Love the cuteness!
I think our cutest word right now is "buh-buh" for "baby" but she uses it for all children, even teenagers. She gets so excited when she sees other kids and just goes around saying it over and over again. She'll also tell you that the ultrasound picture and my belly are "buh-buh".
The funniest mispronounced word we've got going right now is for both "cook" and "cookie" - she says "co ck" (damn bump blocking my kid's word!). Cookie started off as a "cckkk" garbled sound but she has no started adding in the vowels.

The cuteness is killing me!
Aww I love this too. I already said yesterday that Gavin says "shocks" for socks. He calls our dog Sadie "say-ee". Milk is "muck". When he leaves for daycare with MH in the morning, he tries to say "bye mommy" but he skips a syllable and it just comes out "bye-mee". He says "bye-mee" to everyone now. And he calls MH "mommy" which he hates. For help he says "up" and all done is "aww-dow".
He also runs around the house screaming "Abby!" on repeat the past few days. I don't know what it means. Unless he has a crush at daycare already.

For some reason LBB has a really hard time with ri- (rings, ringo are the two where it's an issue). Instead he swishes his tongue around in his mouth and it comes out like "lih-lihs"
Ducks say "duck duck"
Every fruit is an "app-um" (apple)
Instead of saying "Oh yeah" he says "Ooo Wah"
He calls his rocking horse "Row Row"
Lily calls every fruit an "app" too! Except for a banana, which was one of her first words ("nana").

Every time DD falls down she says "weee". She also like to play fall down constantly...I get "whoa" "weeee".
She will try and say "please" but it comes out "piece"
I am always telling her to "sit down" and she will parrot me with "si don", over and over and over.
