Questions about c/s at Scottsdale Shea

Has anyone else delivered scheduled c/s at Scottsdale Shea? My son was scheduled c/s there 3yr ago & I had a positive experience. I will be delivering there again in July & I was wondering if anyone remembers much about the specifics of the process.

Things like what is procedure and routine leading up to and after.

Does anyone know if they are familiar with "gentle" or "natural" c/s? (would like one)

Are they receptive to c/s birth plans? (have one) 

It's been a few years & I'm a little foggy. I did the tour but was very tired & didn't think to ask many questions.

I had an unplanned CS at Shea and has a really positive experience. I'm not sure about your questions, but I think you would direct questions about a birth plan and a gentle cd to your ob since they will be the ones performing the CS.
