Bedtime is 8.
Wakeup time varies. It's usually between 6 and 6:30, but can vary as much as 5 to 7. On those days where he wakes up before 6, you really see the difference. He is so much crankier.
Bed at 10 pm unless he's really tired and he wakes up whenever, usually between 8 and 10:30 am, 8 and 10/10:30 being the extremes. (Though for the last week, it's been 8 except for today, which was 10:15....)
However, starting Friday, we have to work on his schedule changing. I'm *finally* switching to the day shift, so he is going to have to be up no later than 7:15 so we can be out the door by 7:30 and to daycare. Bedtime will probably be 8 or 8:30.
Re: wakeup/bedtimes
Bed between 9pm-10pmish, wake up 8am-9am- if she's still sleeping at 9am I wake her up.
What is your nap schedule like? Maybe if you push nap time back and hour or so you might be able to push bedtime back a little bit?
