Prenatal fitness/yoga

Ive been doing a bit of research on prenatal fitness and came across austin prenatal yoga. does anyone have experience with this company and their classes?

    Yes, I went to one last night, in fact!  I've been going throughout my pregnancy and love her classes.  My body feels so good afterward.  They're affordable, too!

    If you're interested in doing prenatal yoga more than twice a week, try Yoga Yoga.  They have LOTS of prenatal yoga offerings!
